The Nico Duin Machines Hydraulic Frame Press is a machine constructed out of an upright frame (under a 9 degree angle) with two large steel beams. The top beam is moved by hydraulic cylinders. The lower beam rests on two supports which determine the working height. On the left side of  both beams are adjustable counter plates mounted. On the right side hydraulically adjustable pressure plates.

The working height is easily adjusted by linking the lower beam to the top beam and then placing the desired height supports under it. There are thee different working heights possible (circa. 110, 75 and 45 cm)

Pressing force: Vertical 15,5 tonne, Horizontal 7,5 tonne.

 Features:

  • Radio remote control
  • Perfect distribution of pressure across the entire press with 14 cm wide beams and two optimal placed vertical cylinders.
  • Simple and rugged setting of the lower girder to provide the ideal working position.
  • Tape measures horizontally and vertically for easy aligning.
  • 3 intelligent pressing routines.
  • Separate pressure control for horizontal and vertical cylinder.
