The MW-1 Tenoners are a range of heavy duty tenoners available with various head sequences and optional equipment and can be custom built to suit all customer’s requirements.

The machine controls range from manual head positioning and table movement through to powered and programmable head positioning and automatic table movement. Each spindle can be adjusted in both horizontal and vertical direction along durable chromium guides. The adjustments are made by the relevant handles positioned so that they are accessible both when the hood is closed and when it is open. The positions are controlled by digital read-outs, accuracy to 1/10th mm.

The table is guided over two tempered steel axles positioned on the front of the machine and the automatic version is controlled by a frequency regulator. The control panel is at eye level at the beginning of the table stroke. The protection hood can be lifted completely out of the way, which allows the operator full and easy access to the machine and the various heads for replacement of the tooling and maintenance.
