Windowmat

The DUIN Tenoner Windowmat is a heavy-duty machine with:

  • one upper cut off saw
  • one long main scribe
  • one automatic table

Because of its length of 600 mm, all tool sets needed for a complete windowframe can be placed on the main scribe. Adjustment of the main scribe is done with a positioning system that can save 99 positions. Guidance consists of durable chromium axles.

The table is guided over two tempered steel axles and and is powered by a frequency regulator. The control panel is at eye level at the beginning of the table stroke. The protection hood can be completely turned over, which makes it possible to exchange the tools with a straight back.
